Counseling throughout Illinois
In addition to in-person counseling at any of our locations, we also offer online counseling to clients anywhere in Illinois. Video sessions take place using one of our secure, hipaa-compliant platforms. Thanks to Illinois law passed in response to COVID-19, online counseling generally must be covered by insurance in the same manner as in-person counseling. Online counseling can be great for clients who appreciate the convenience and comfort of sessions from home, have difficulty securing care for their children, or are located in an area where counseling services are limited. Studies have shown that online counseling can be just as effective, but much will depend on your personal preferences.
