Hi, I’m McKenna, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I’m really glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard.

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, with specialized experience in trauma, crisis intervention, domestic violence and sexual assault. While those are areas of focus, I welcome anyone seeking support, growth, or healing.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I help clients build insight, develop practical coping tools, and move toward meaningful change.
