Generous Compensation
Make the equivalent of about $70-$100 per hour plus benefits. We offer a competitive pay rate of 55%-68% per client hour PLUS up to an additional approx. 15% in benefits (up to approx. 70%-83% in total compensation including benefits). Psy. D's, please inquire for your rates which will be higher.

Mental Health Counselor
Full or Part-Time. Remote/Online, Hybrid, or In-Person at our Barrington, IL or soon-to-open Lake Zurich, IL office.
Requirements
Candidates should be:
An Illinois Licensed LPC, LCPC, LSW, LSCW, LMFT, or Psy. D. Pre-licensed graduates are also welcome to apply.
Ideal candidates should have:
- An understanding of clinical issues with a focus on compassion and healing.
- A willingness to start new and build up to seeing between 10 and 30 clients per week (a mix of online and in-person at one of our offices or fully remote/online).
- A passion for helping others.
- Previous experience with Christian counseling is a plus.
Salary Info
- Percentage fee per client hour (55%-75%) with competitive pay range.
- Estimated annual pay: $76,000 to $133,000+ (at 20-30+ clients per week and estimated LPC, LCPC, LSCW client rates).
