Greetings. I'm Eric, the business manager and co-founder of Meadowspring Counseling Ltd. As a coach and visionary consultant, I have a deep passion for supporting pastors, church leaders, and aspiring leaders, and for mentoring young adults.

In addition to helping manage the day-to-day operations of Meadowspring, I started my own web design firm in 2002 and bring almost twenty-five years of experience as a visionary consultant, business consultant, and developer in small business, nonprofit, church, and higher education settings. I have also volunteered for over 20 years on the board of a nonprofit conservation organization, including as president and now as the chair of database and technology. I have served in many lay leadership roles within the church including as the assistant director of equipping ministries, as a small group leader for both high school students and adults, and as the leader of regional area outreach.
