Greetings. I specialize in helping individuals with issues that don't require the support of a licensed mental health counselor.
I have a deep passion for helping others, with a focus on listening, encouragement, and compassion.
I have three areas of particular passion:
- Working with teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges they face in life including friendships, relationships, careers, and college.
- Helping Christians grow in their faith and find deeper relationship with God through Jesus.
- Helping Christian leaders - current leaders, aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs, and especially those who feel called to lead but have felt marginalized, roadblocked, or even abused by the church.
I have over twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur running my own business, and I have also served in leadership and assistant leadership roles in a variety of church settings including leading visionary leadership groups in the church, serving as an assistant director of ministry development, serving in lay counseling roles, and helping lead high school and college small groups. As an entrepreneur, I have also worked with a variety of higher education institutions assisting with marketing, admissions, and management. I have also worked with countless small businesses and nonprofits and love helping them grow and succeed. I currently also serve as the president of a nonprofit conservation organization.
For Christians looking specifically for Christian mentoring, I balance practical tools and advice with helping people find their own direction themselves through God's guidance. I have walked alongside many people going through challenges and trials, as well as people called into or already serving in ministry and leadership. I also walked alongside my own wife as she grew and healed incredibly from past abuse in her life. You can read more about our vision and story on the Meadowspring Counseling About Us page. I live for helping others and nothing brings me more joy in life.
If you're looking for a mentor or coach in your life, whether to help with personal, spiritual, career, or life issues, don't be afraid to take the initiative and reach out to me for a brief call to talk more or schedule a meeting/session.
