Greetings. I am the business manager and spiritual director at Meadowspring Counseling Ltd. I have a degree in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University and bring over twenty years of experience as a visionary leader, business consultant, and ministry volunteer in small business, nonprofit, church, and higher education settings. In addition to helping manage the day-to-day operations of Meadowspring Counseling, I also have a deep passion for one-on-one mentoring and coaching with current leaders, aspiring leaders, and marginalized leaders. I also mentor high school students, college students, and young adults to help them both practically and spiritually as they navigate the unique challenges that they face in life.

Christian Mentoring

If you're looking for Christian mentoring, I have three areas of particular passion:

Helping Christians grow in their faith and find deeper relationship with God through Jesus.
Helping Christian leaders - current leaders, aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs, and especially those who feel called to lead but have felt marginalized or even abused by the church.
Working with teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges they face in life including friendships, relationships, careers, and college.

I balance practical tools and advice with helping you find your own direction through God's guidance. I have walked alongside many people going through challenges and trials, as well as people called into or already serving in ministry and leadership.
