Feeling drained, anxious, or burned out? Counselors are some of the most compassionate people, but we also need to feel seen and cared for too. Supporting people through their difficulties can be rewarding, but compassion fatigue and burnout are common. For Christians, being a counselor also comes with a need for community with others who understand your unique beliefs and values. You do not have to travel this road alone. Meadow Care is a monthly group for Christian counselors looking for support emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Cost: $90/session. Sliding Scale Reduced Rates: $45/session, $60/session. Why Christian Counseling?

Our Belief of God's Role in Your Journey

For Christians, finding a counselor who shares their beliefs can be important both for feeling like someone understands their values and for supporting how their beliefs relate to their healing. At Meadowspring Counseling, we believe in helping people find hope and joy amidst trials in life. We believe that God is the author of all healing, and including your faith in the counseling process can be a source of that hope, joy, and strength. For Christians, their hope and joy is often deeply rooted in God and Christ. Hope is rooted in God's promises and joy in hope realized through Christ and the Holy Spirit. Trusting God, knowing He is with us, and loving Him and loving others in the midst of trials in life are central themes that helped people throughout the Bible and continue to help countless people today.

Wherever you find yourself on your journey right now, you do not need to go through anything alone. There is hope for more — a hope for a much greater joy and a deeper purpose in life.

"Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." - Romans 15:13
