Hello, I’m Cassandra. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Meadowspring Counseling Ltd.

I offer a compassionate space and specialize in trauma-informed care, healing from shame, and narrative therapy. With a holistic approach, I tailor evidence-based interventions to meet your unique needs. For those who draw strength from faith, I offer faith-based counseling upon request. I believe healing is for all ages. For those carrying childhood wounds, I am here to help clients break cycles of pain, develop self-compassion, and build lasting emotional resilience through a collaborative, strengths-based journey. Together, we’ll work to restore what’s been lost, uncover inner strength, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

Serving the Hispanic and Christian communities is one of my passions. With a deep understanding of cultural and spiritual values, I help individuals and families navigate acculturation and personal growth while honoring their heritage. I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation. I support children and adults in building resilience and healing through self-awareness, values exploration, and a deeper sense of purpose. My faith-based approach can be integrated for those seeking spiritual growth alongside emotional and mental wellness.

With experience working with teens, adults, and families in crisis, I am dedicated to helping clients understand their emotions, build practical coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. I also support parents in strengthening their relationships and building bridges of communication with their children.
