Hello, I’m Cassandra. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Meadowspring Counseling Ltd. Before joining Meadowspring, I worked at nonprofit organizations that served immigrants and refugees. I offer a compassionate space for all clients, specializing in client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused approaches, narrative therapy, and faith-based practices. I integrate evidence-based techniques with a holistic perspective, recognizing the unique needs of each client. For those who find strength in their faith, I encourage incorporating it into the therapeutic journey, offering a meaningful path toward healing and wellness. I firmly believe that emotional pain does not discriminate by age. With previous experience working with teens, adults, and families in crisis, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to better understand their emotions, build practical coping skills, and navigate life's challenges. I am deeply passionate about serving the Hispanic community, including immigrants and refugees. I bring a multicultural lens to my work, understanding the cultural implications that shape identity, family dynamics, and personal experiences. My goal is to create a space where clients feel their cultural background is honored and valued while navigating challenges such as intergenerational conflict and acculturation. I am also fluent in oral and written Spanish.
